Mystore-E launches AI-based ‘personal assistant’


NEW YORK — Software platform Mystore-E is launching Tore-E, an artificial intelligence-based personal assistant platform, at the National Retail Federation Show in New York.

“Tore-E empowers retail store managers to use data analytics and insights in real time that many consumers already have at their fingertips, including products trending on Instagram and current online best-sellers,” said Asaf Shapira, Mystore-E founder and CEO. “This wisdom gives sales personnel up-to-the-minute merchandising insights, which have the ability to boost store performance and deliver a more engaging and relevant customer experience.”

Shapira says in order to give brick-and-mortar stores the same analytical data advantages as their e-commerce competitors, the Tore-E app is a communications tool that continually monitors and aggregates data from multiple digital channels to provide real-time merchandising recommendations from headquarters to the stores.

The platform’s data analytics can pinpoint the items most likely to sell in-store based on the current top sellers on a company’s website, customer engagement on social media sites, in-store planograms, and local and regional factors.

Mystore-E recently secured $2.2 million in seed funding led by Ohio-based Signet Jewelers, while Ohio-based retailer Value City Furniture started using the Tore-E app to personalize its customers’ shopping experience.

The platform’s algorithm creates prediction models that pinpoint the items most likely to sell, according to Shapira, which in turn improves sales and operational productivity and elevates the customer experience.

Mystore-E is exhibiting at the Innovation Lab at the NRF show at Booth 7135. The show runs from Jan. 13-15 at the Jacob K. Javitz Convention Center in New York.
