Polish whole home manufacturer coming to High Point Market: Black Red White


HIGH POINT — Six companies showing at the recent Meble Polska will be showing their made in Poland product lines during the upcoming April High Point Market.

During an exclusive Furniture Today tour of one of them, Black Red White, company representatives overviewed its product lines, logistic capabilities and areas of specialization.

Founded in 1991, Black Red White has 6,700 employees and nearly 5.2 million square feet of factory space. The company currently produces a whole-home product line that includes assembled and RTA case goods, upholstery, mattresses, kitchen cabinets, dining tables and chairs, and accent chairs.

Production capacity per month is 650,000 cabinet furniture pieces, 17,000 upholstered furniture pieces, 9,000 mattresses, 1,900 sets of kitchen cabinets and 21,500 table and chair pieces.

“Black Red White is one of the biggest furniture companies in Poland and has a full range of products,” said Wojciech Tokarz, vice president. “In our 19 plants, we have a wide range of technologies that allow us to produce almost any kind and price range of furniture. Most of the products are available all the time and are in stock in our central warehouse.”

Black Red White will show sofas, sleepers, chairs and upholstered bed SKUs at High Point Market.

Black Red White focuses on medium price range and high-volume products. In High Point, the company will feature a selection of RTA living room and bedroom furniture, upholstery including sofas and armchairs, and table and chair sets in the showroom.

“We have experience in adjusting and customizing products for our customers in the U.S.,” said Kamil Kaczmarek, export department director. “We are aware about regulations, certifications needed, audits, etc., as well as style and design of furniture for the American market.”

He added that quality and customer service are top priorities.

This sofa from Black Red White features a topper that separates seating from sleeping fabric.

“We have quality control on every stage of production, starting from inspection of the raw materials through all production stages and final inspection of ready products,” he said, adding, “We are ready to adjust and customize the product to deliver exactly what our customers need.”
