RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.  – Making a move to enhance its customer service interaction, South Bay International has teamed up with MattressAI to improve its website’s chat function to enhance retail partners’ decision making when ordering mattresses and sleep products.

Incorporating MattressAI’s MattyAI, an AI-powered assistant into its website, South Bay’s customers will get product recommendations. The AI assistant is designed to ask questions to formulate the recommended products.
