Storis unveils new consumer financing technology at Vegas market

LAS VEGAS – Storis, a provider of retail software solutions and services to the home furnishings industry, is debuting its new technology for consumer financing – the customer facing application – at the Las Vegas Market.

Donnie Surdoval, Storis product manager, said banking institutions are moving towards the customer-driven entry of personal data when filling out an application for financing in order to secure the visibility into sensitive information by removing verbal or written communication to a third-party retail associate.

According to Storis, retailers can add field notes, labels and instructions to guide the customer through the self-service process that’s facilitated on a web form that is mobile-responsive across any device.

Surdoval said another benefit of the CFA is the removal of awkward conversations, such as a credit denial. The CFA lets the conversations during the sale remain both positive and confidential. It also integrates to Storis’ finance estimator tool during the checkout process.

Visitors to the Las Vegas Market will be able to find out more at the Storis booth in the HFA Retailer Resource Center on the 10th floor of Building B, space 1050.
